Modification needs a new contactor same as KM4(bobbin 110V ac)and a thermal protection to beset at 20 A The new contactor will be named KM0 and the thermal protection QM0
改装需要增加一个新接触器，与KM4（线圈电压110VAC）一样及一个热继电器，将它调到20A。新接触器可命名为 KM0，新的热继电器可命名为QM0。
POWER CIRCUIT
主回路
1- Jump impedances L2 by connecting directly KM4 and KMO 跳过L2，直接将KM4和KM0相连
2- Connect QM0 under KM0 QM0接在KM0下
3- Connect motor under QMO 电机接在QM0下
PILOT CIRCUIT
控制回路
1- Disconnect auxiliary contacts of KA31 and KA30 断开KA31和KA30的所有接点
2- Connect 114 at auxiliary contact of QM0（the contact must be closed when the power contacts on QMO are closed） 114号线接在QM0的辅助接点一端
3- Connect the a NO contact of KA31 under the contact of QM0 above mentioned KA31的常开接点接在QM0辅助接点的另一端
4- Connect the bobbin of KM0 under the NO contact of KA31 above mentioned KA31的常开另一端与KM0的线圈一端相连
5- Connect the other contact of the bobbin of KM0 at 112 KM0线圈的另一端与112号相连
6- Connect 202 at a NO contact of KM0 202号和KM0的常开相连
7- Connect 210 at the above mentioned contact of KM0 KM0常开的另一端与210号相连
Set“INVERTER TDE”without thermal protection of the motor and without check of current
“TDE变频器”的“motor temperature probe”和“overloading motor”二项前的勾去掉
Machine should start and stop in the standard way，by pressing start or stop button（lights selector is not needed）
